


We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.



We strive to provide the best service possible. If you are unsatisfied with your eyelash extensions, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and provide a solution.

For certain services or during busy periods, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that you receive the full service. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment to accommodate other clients.
